Senior Human Resources Generalist

Senior Human Resources Generalist role supporting employees and managers across Germany and select EMEA and APAC locations in a global central laboratory organization, with emphasis on hands-on HR delivery across the full employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• Execute day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR shared services teams to ensure timely and accurate HR service delivery.
• Support payroll processes for EMEA and APAC, including review and validation of payroll inputs.
• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.
• Provide practical guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Support and conduct employee investigations, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to applicable labor law.
