Clinical Laboratory Technologist

LabCorp is seeking a Clinical Lab Professional to join their team in Oak Creek, WI. The role involves determining specimen acceptability, performing technical procedures, and monitoring instrumentation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology
• 1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience
• ASCP or AMT certification (preferred)
• Non-traditional degrees with applicable science credits that meet CLIA standards (in lieu of education requirements)
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems
• Proficient with computers
• High level of attention detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs
