Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology, and 1 year or more of clinical laboratory testing experience.
Requirements
- Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to established criteria
- Perform routine and complex technical procedures and functions according to departmental Standard Operating Procedures
- Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality
- Prepare, test and evaluate new reagents or controls
- Report accurate and timely test results in order to deliver quality patient care
