Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a non-traditional degree that meets local regulatory requirements
• 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience or MLS degree
• ASCP or AMT certification preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Proficient with computers and laboratory information systems
• High level of attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to pass a standardized color vision screen
