Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a Department Manager to join our team in Saitama, Japan. The successful candidate will provide managerial leadership to the local department staff and be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and meeting established quality measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Biology, Chemistry or other Life Sciences, or Medical Technology degree.
- 2 or more years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Good computer literacy.
