Job Description
Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join their team in McLean, VA. The Phlebotomist will perform blood collections, data entry, and administrative duties, providing exceptional customer service to patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
