Job Description
LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Dewitt, IA. The Phlebotomist will perform blood collections, collect specimens, and provide superior customer service to all patients. In addition, the Phlebotomist will perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary and travel to additional sites when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
