Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at a client site in Fredericksburg, VA. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or 6 months of phlebotomy experience
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Travel to additional sites when needed, reliable transportation
