Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Exton, PA. The job involves performing blood collections, data entry, billing, and customer service. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
