Phlebotomist

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Midland / Odessa, TX. As a Phlebotomist, you will perform blood collections, collect specimens, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years' phlebotomy experience working in a clinical / hospital environment
• 6 months or more assisting all patient groups (pediatric - geriatric)
• Current or prior LabCorp experience
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
• Ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast paced / high volume work environment
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
