Phlebotomist - Per Diem - In-Patient

LabCorp is seeking a Phlebotomist-Hospitals to join our team in Melrose MA. The position will involve performing blood collections, data entry, and administrative duties, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 6 or more months experience as an in-patient phlebotomist
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
