Study Coordinator III

We are seeking a Study Coordinator III to join our team in Shanghai, China. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting protocols, sample analysis outlines, and study schedules, as well as communicating with study teams, other departments, and clients. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in biology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical analysis, or chemistry, and 3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications.

Requirements

• Drafting protocols, sample analysis outlines, and study schedules
• Communicating with study teams, other departments, and clients
• Preparing reports, including table and figure preparation
• Compiling analytical information from laboratory groups
• Data table compilation, quality review oversight, and data table transfer
• Prioritizing and managing workload and multiple responsibilities
• Using project tracking systems
• Maintaining well-documented, organized, and up-to-date study files
• Assisting with study progress monitoring and backup PI/SD on project management tasks
• Scheduling study phases in coordination with SD/PI and lab operations
• Participating in and assisting with pre-initiation and other study-related meetings
• Managing complex projects and study designs
• Supporting process improvement initiatives
• Reviewing QAU report audits and submitting audit responses
• Assisting with routine client visits
• Setting up and performing method development and validation of various analytes
