Environmental Project Manager

Join LaBella's multi-disciplinary team to work on environmental projects and contribute to the growth of the company's environmental and due diligence practice. The Environmental Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, prepare proposals and budgets, and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience
• Experience with environmental due diligence, site investigation, and remediation projects
• Strong understanding of NYSDEC remedial programs and NYCRR Part 375 regulations
• Experience preparing and managing environmental due diligence reports
• Familiarity with Phase II ESAs, site investigations, remediation, and long-term monitoring programs
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing across multiple concurrent projects
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current refresher
