The Environmental Project Manager role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, prepare proposals and budgets, and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with environmental due diligence, site investigation, and remediation projects
- Strong understanding of NYSDEC remedial programs and NYCRR Part 375 regulations
- Experience preparing and managing environmental due diligence reports
- Familiarity with Phase II ESAs, site investigations, remediation, and long-term monitoring programs
- Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong technical writing and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification with current refresher
