The Instructional Designer supports LaBella Associates' Talent Development function by designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality eLearning and enablement solutions.
Requirements
- Design, develop, update existing, and maintain high-quality eLearning and enablement solutions
- Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and business leaders to conduct needs and gap analyses, define learning objectives, and translate technical or complex information into clear, effective learning and enablement experiences
- Serve as project lead on multiple concurrent eLearning initiatives
- Act as an LMS administrator by uploading and organizing content, assigning learning, running reports, and troubleshooting system issues
- Measure the impact of eLearning solutions using data, learner feedback, assessments, and models such as Kirkpatrick
