Protection and Control Engineer

We are currently hiring a Protection and Control Engineer to oversee and ensure the integrity, reliability, and efficiency of electrical protection and control systems within a project. The role involves reviewing and evaluating engineering documentation to ensure alignment with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• 5 years protection and controls experience in the power industry
• Experience in the design, management and commissioning of protection and control systems for distribution and distribution automation projects
• Experience in Distributed Energy Resource management processes and regulations
• Experience with Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO-9001, TS-16949, etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in SAP Customer Service and Work Management is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
