Senior CAD Technician

LaBella is seeking a qualified survey field coordinator for their Latham, NY office. This role involves surveying topographic and boundary land, construction staking, structure monitoring, and other applications. The coordinator will support projects with data analysis, CAD preparation, record keeping, and client communication. This is primarily office work with field assignments.

Requirements

• Maintaining quality of data in the office.
• Completing analysis of data reduction, computations, and mapping.
• Oversees preparation of CAD documents.
• Performs records research and drafting.
• Prepares cost estimates and assists with proposals.
• Coordinates work schedules and assignments.
• Supervises, trains, mentors, and coaches field and office staff.
