Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Buildings Engineering Division at our Richmond, VA office. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs, and possess leadership qualities to guide Junior Engineers.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with the mechanical engineering team
• Provide mechanical leadership on significant multi-discipline design initiatives
• Engage directly with clients in a technical capacity
• Oversee the mechanical project team
• Administer the financial performance and scheduling of mechanical projects
• Foster client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Engage in proposal writing to initiate new business opportunities
• Nurture and maintain client relationships
