Sr. Environmental Engineer

LaBella Associates is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead environmental investigation and remediation projects, with a focus on brownfield projects. The ideal candidate is technically strong, passionate about mentorship, and excited by opportunities to work on impactful brownfield remediation and redevelopment projects.

Requirements

• Technical Leadership: Manage and execute Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), NYSDEC Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) and USEPA Brownfield projects
• Team Development: Mentor and guide junior engineers, geologists, and environmental scientists
• Client Service & Business Development: Prepare proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project budgets
