Transportation Project Engineer

LaBella Associates is seeking a Transportation Project Engineer with experience in transportation and/or highway engineering to perform technical tasks and assist with project management. The role will involve research, reports, design, specification, and plan preparation, as well as business development activities and proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
• 0-3 years of progressive transportation design experience
• PE is expected to be obtained
• Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Administered Federal Aid transportation projects
• Experience with Microstation / AutoCAD
• Inroads experience a plus
• General knowledge of NYSDOT specifications and standards
• Strong oral and written communication skills and interpersonal relationships skills
