Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidentiality and strong judgment
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Professionalism
- College degree preferred
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Previous experience within legal, medical, or insurance industry
- Strong computer and keyboarding experience
