CNC Machinist

This role is with a well-known brand in the CNC machining space. The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multiple CNC machines to produce high-quality inserts that meet exact blueprint specifications.

Requirements

• Set up, operate, and maintain multiple CNC 3- and 4-axis periphery grinding machines
• Read and interpret complex blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications, and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex problems, collaborating with technical experts as needed
• Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency
• Train new operators when required
