Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment independently owning the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of CNC Mills
- Full setups & fabrication: ability to independently perform full machine setups and fabricate custom tooling/fixtures as needed
- Blueprint & GD&T mastery: strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, process documents, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications
- Metrology: proficiency in performing First Article Inspections and checking your own parts using precision measurement tools
