CNC Machinist

CNC Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multiple CNC 3- and 4-axis periphery grinding machines to produce high-quality inserts. Must have a strong understanding of machining fundamentals, precision inspection, and troubleshooting unique grinding programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (milling, turning, or grinding)
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Experience with quality inspection tools and verifying tight tolerances
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to working safely
