Industrial Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and a problem-solver’s mindset. This role is ideal for someone who loves to tinker, diagnose, and fix—someone who thrives on figuring things out and making equipment run better than before.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic PLCs
• Familiarity with low-voltage wiring, sensors, motors, and encoders
• Ability to read schematics and follow safety procedures
• Comfortable working in hot, loud, or confined environments
