Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a premier high-volume industrial packaging and specialty decoration manufacturer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong diagnostics of single and three-phase power (120V–480V) and 24VDC control systems.
• Proficiency with gearboxes, motors, conveyors, and pneumatic actuators.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and mechanical prints.
• Proven capability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure while being a collaborative team player.
• Ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both operators and plant leadership.
