Production Worker - Construction Prefab

We’re looking for hands-on Production Workers who take pride in building high-quality products that support critical infrastructure across the country.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally, 40 lbs frequently, and stand for long periods of time
• Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn multiple processes
• Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and reading blueprints or instructions
• Safety First Mindset: Strong awareness of safe work practices and commitment to maintaining a safe environment
• Problem Solving: Able to spot quality issues or process inefficiencies and take initiative to address them
