Requirements

• Confirmed experience in managing an R&D IT team (web / mobile / platform)
• Structured agile environment (multi-scrum, product organization, roadmap)
• Experience in a matrix / multi-BU context
• Mastering development processes and quality issues
• Ability to manage managers and exercise hierarchical and transverse leadership
