LADbible Group is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the development of branded content for a high-profile tech partner, applying LADbible's most successful formats to create work that feels native to platform and true to LADbible's voice.
Requirements
- Significant experience within a social-first creative, editorial, or advertising environment, operating at a senior or leadership level.
- Proven track record of developing standout branded content that feels native to platform.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and improving creative output.
- Experience working with established content formats and evolving them for different brands or audiences.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong grasp of execution.
- Experience (or strong interest) in generative AI tools and how they can unlock new creative opportunities.
- Deep understanding of content performance and what drives engagement across key social platforms.
- Excellent writing and pitching skills, with the ability to shape and sell ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Comfortable balancing long-term creative direction with rapid, reactive content cycles.
