Development Producer - Originals

LADbible Group is seeking a Development Producer to join their Originals team, creating quality content for YouTube, broadcast, and podcast platforms. The role involves developing original format ideas, managing pilot series production, and working with the team to build attention-grabbing decks and present to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience as a producer with a track record of developing ideas from concept to delivery
• Knowledge of and passion for YouTube and social media
• Ability to generate repeatable formats with clear beats, story, and pacing
• Ability to translate ideas into persuasive decks and compelling pitches
• Comfortable developing a range of formats, from gameshows to podcasts, sport debate shows to hard-hitting documentaries
• Good eye for design, from pitch deck to studio set
• Ability to work independently developing new ideas
• Ability to spot emerging trends and be locked in to what young audiences are interested in
