Editorial Lead - GAMINGbible

We're looking for an Editorial Lead to lead GAMINGbible's editorial output, shaping strategy, driving audience growth, and delivering best-in-class content across web and social. The ideal candidate is a leader who lives and breathes gaming culture, understands how audiences consume content today, and knows how to turn that into scale.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing a digital editorial team
• Deep understanding of digital publishing, social platforms, and audience growth strategies
• Strong track record of delivering high-performing content at scale
• Strong understanding of how to write and package content to drive Search and Discover performance
• Experience working with platforms such as Facebook, Reddit, Instagram and Threads
• Highly data-literate, with the ability to translate insights into actionable editorial strategy
• Excellent editorial judgement and a strong instinct for what makes content shareable and engaging
• Passion for gaming, online culture, and the communities that shape it
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive newsroom environment
