Job Description
The Catholic Musician & Cantor provides musical accompaniment, music direction, and cantor support for Catholic worship services at Hill Air Force Base Chapel.
Requirements
- Provide piano, organ, keyboard, or guitar accompaniment for Catholic Masses
- Serve as cantor and lead congregational singing
- Select and coordinate appropriate Catholic liturgical music with the Catholic Priest
- Maintain and organize chapel music resources
- Arrange qualified substitutes when unavailable, with prior approval
- Protect and properly use government-furnished musical instruments and equipment
