Requirements
- Performing loan servicing duties such as collateral loan title tracking, maintaining insurance tracking for collateral loans, filing Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and generating lien releases.
- Providing legendary service to members and third parties by resolving their inquiries such loan payment history, payment correction, generating payoff statements, processing payoff transactions, due date changes, interest rate discounts, loan amortization, and loan verification.
- Generating and reviewing Consumer loan reports, including but not limited to Funding reports, Paid in Full reports, Low Balance reports, UCC reports.
- Maintaining tracking log for Auto, Boat and RV title, Insurance, and UCC.
- Performing quality control on all consumer loans and ensures data within the core system is aligned with the loan agreement.
- Reviewing third-party vendors’ reports/invoices and auditing for accuracy to LFCU’s data and for keeping update with the all-consumer loan servicing policies and procedures.
- Being responsible for collecting the required documents necessary for subordination request on loans held in Lafayette Federal portfolio and assisting the Investor Relations team for loans held by various Investors.
