Marketing Specialist

Lafayette Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns to drive member engagement and strategic goals. The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Developing clear, compelling, and member-focused messaging to support marketing campaigns
• Writing copy for multi-channel campaigns
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate product details and strategic goals into concise, benefit-driven member messaging
• Ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice, regulatory guidelines, and credit union values
• Tailoring messaging to specific target audiences and segments to increase relevance and engagement
• Developing marketing collaterals, including flyers, brochures, digital ads, email banners, and promotional materials
• Designing promotional materials and graphics for events
• Supporting event logistics, from initial planning to execution and post-event follow-up
• Developing print and digital advertising materials to promote products, services, and brand initiatives
• Supporting ad placement and scheduling across appropriate channels
• Providing support to the marketing team with various tasks and projects as needed
