PVP of Consumer Lending

Join Lafayette Federal Credit Union as a PVP of Consumer Lending, responsible for coordinating and administering consumer lending and small business lending. Ensure compliance with lending policy, procedures, and regulations. Develop and maintain consumer lending policies and procedures. Monitor product development, pricing, and terms to remain competitive and meet members' needs.

Requirements

• Responsible for management of consumer lending activities to ensure adherence to established policy and procedures, rules and regulations, and meeting established goals and objectives.
• Monitors product development, pricing, and terms to ensure credit union remains competitive and meets members' needs.
• Coordinates all aspects of consumer lending audits, including requested documents and reports.
• Participates in establishing annual budget and monitors performance to budget throughout the year.
• Coordinates efforts between in-house and external IT department to maintain 100% accuracy in system usage.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all annual mandated training requirements.
