Project Specialist

LaForce is seeking a Project Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of projects, from estimating and quoting to order entry and project completion. The role involves close communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams to develop quotes, coordinate schedules, and manage orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in project coordination or a related field (or 2-5 years of military experience as a substitute)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with a wide range of personalities
• Strong communication skills (phone and electronic)
