We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and experienced Ecommerce Specialist with deep expertise in Amazon operations to manage backend operations, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the strategic growth of ecommerce sales.
Requirements
- Manage and resolve Amazon Cases, including account health issues, listing errors, ASIN variations, and brand registry support.
- Maintain and optimize Amazon Masterfiles, ensuring accuracy across product listings, variations, categories, and catalog structure.
- Conduct and implement Ecommerce SEO strategies across Amazon and other ecommerce platforms to drive traffic and improve organic rankings.
- Monitor and fix Amazon Stranded Inventory, working cross-functionally to reinstate listings and prevent future issues.
- Oversee Amazon Instock/forecasting by tracking inventory performance, analyzing sales trends, and recommending restock strategies to minimize lost sales and maximize availability.
