We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support early-stage sales efforts via outbound lead creation and setting up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with prospects to identify fit and drive pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in a sales or SDR role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings
- Ability to manage outreach volume consistently
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
