The Salesforce Administrator is the architect of the company's CRM ecosystem, responsible for configuring, optimizing, and securing the platform to align with business objectives. This role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce, Agentic AI, and automation, as well as strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate stakeholder business requirements into technical 'User Stories'.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments in a business setting
- Advanced Proficiency in Agentforce Agent Builder, Data Cloud, and AI Prompt Engineering
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory
- Advanced Admin or AI Associate is highly preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving and the ability to translate stakeholder business requirements into technical 'User Stories'
- Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer service teams through CRM systems
- Experience working in remote teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments
- Strong understanding of CRM data architecture and system optimization
- Experience maintaining data quality, data governance, and reporting accuracy
- Ability to manage large datasets and ensure proper data structure within Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for user issues
- Experience providing user training, documentation, and onboarding support
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams
- Full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
