We are a premier Amazon brand agency worldwide and one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage our CRM ecosystem, configure, and secure the platform to ensure it aligns with business objectives.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds, Flow Builder, Data Loader, and Salesforce DevOps Center.
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce environments in a business setting.
- Advanced Proficiency in Agentforce Agent Builder, Data Cloud, and AI Prompt Engineering.
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory. Advanced Admin or AI Associate is highly preferred.
- Full-time availability aligned with US EST business hours (9AM–5PM EST).
