Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM administration role
• Strong analytical problem-solving and the ability to translate stakeholder business requirements into technical 'User Stories'
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer service teams through CRM systems
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) to support global teams
