Lago is seeking a proactive and strategic Paid Ads Specialist with a combined background in strategizing, building out, and implementing ads on Meta, Google, and more with experience in leading growth across our digital sales channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns
• 3+ years of experience building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• 3+ years of experience building campaigns focused on lead generation
• Experience with Google Ad Grants, Google Tag Manager, Unbounce or ClickFunnels
• Basic video-editing skills
• Analytical orientation and attention to details
• Strategic thinking
• Self-initiative and goal-focus
