Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a fine-dining or luxury restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with international guests.
- Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and fine-dining service standards.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Thai or other languages is an advantage.
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and guest-centric mindset.
