Job Description
The Mailing Coordinator is responsible for preparing mailing jobs for entry, coordinating 3rd party arrangements, and scheduling jobs to be produced in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Mailing requirements, equipment, and processes
- Excellent eye for detail
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and ability to problem-solve
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Advanced knowledge of computers (knowledge of Pace and/or Prestige is a plus)
- Advanced knowledge of USPS rules and regulations and staying informed of any changes
