Job Description
Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to join our growing team! As a key member of the civil engineering team, you will lead design and technical execution across multiple project types while helping shape the development of junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of civil engineering experience in site development, land development, or infrastructure design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Demonstrated experience delivering civil engineering projects from concept through design and permitting
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software
- Understanding of 2D and 3D drafting and design workflows
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high quality work
