Job Description
Lake Superior Consulting is seeking a Civil Engineer IV to lead the design and permitting of complex civil projects, mentor emerging engineers, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver practical engineering solutions.
Requirements
- Lead civil design for complex site development projects
- Develop erosion and sediment control plans (ESCPs) and construction-phase stormwater strategies
- Design post-construction stormwater management systems
- Lead and coordinate federal, state, and local permitting efforts
- Develop water supply and onsite wastewater solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Perform site evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
