Job Description
Perform maintenance duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager, including manual repairs, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
Requirements
- Routine facility/building maintenance and equipment maintenance
- Identifies and coordinates repairs or improvements in accordance with company standards
- Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Services and supplies restrooms
- Empties all trash cans; consolidate trash for pickup; ensures all recycling programs and policies are implemented and followed
- Familiar with MSDS, storing and using chemicals safely, and proper chemical disposal
- Some painting, lighting, ceiling tile replacements, window cleaning
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
