The Assistant Community Manager assists in all aspects of property operation, including administration, maintenance, leasing, and resident relations, under the direction of the Community Manager. Responsibilities include managing new home inventory, maximizing operating performance, and ensuring compliance with community policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management
• Proficiency in office productivity software; proficiency in rent management-based software preferred
• Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred
