Assistant Community Manager ACQ - TS

The Assistant Community Manager will assist in all aspects of the operation of the property, including general administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and personnel management. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of related management experience. The position offers a salary range of $18.00 - $20.00/hour plus sales commission.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of related management experience in retail, hospitality or property management
• Experience in Customer service or resident relations
• Proficiency in office productivity software
• Proficiency in rent management-based software (preferred)
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred)
