The Community Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the property, including administration, maintenance, leasing, resident relations, and personnel management. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and developing and managing budgets.

• Ensures that all rents are collected by months end
• Hires, onboards, trains and performance manages Maintenance Technicians and Assistant Community Managers
• Accountable for labor and operational budget development and performance
