Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned development projects, from request for proposal to construction and through project closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, anticipate challenges, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing construction or development projects
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
